Commitments

Questioning, innovating, and acting for real social and environmental impact.

Why get involved in an impact adventure?

What matters to us.

Since our founding in 2020 (and even a bit before), at Tero we’ve always had the desire to act on our impact as a company. It’s in our DNA. We believe we have a role to play for all the people and nature that are part of our ecosystem. But, to be honest, we’re still at the beginning of this journey. Let the journey continue!

– Arthur Lhoist, co-founder of the Tero group

At Tero, we commit to asking questions that drive us to think differently and generate new ideas. Our goal is to find ambitious yet realistic answers to embrace our role in addressing today’s social and environmental challenges.

Develop our activities by fostering respect and inclusion, and building connections through our profession.

Our support for local economic development Tero Group is committed to having as positive an impact as possible on the communities where we operate. We aim to strengthen the local economy by ensuring that a significant portion of our procurement remains local. We pledge that at least 50% of our spending on products and services (excluding labor) will come from local, independent suppliers, taking into account the specific location of each of our sites.
